Considering the debate that followed the decision to pour more than 200 million dollars into that project, you would be far from the first one to imply insanity on the involved parts, though.

hahahah. I'm sure they're not alone, either. You know: in the They-spent-how-much...on-what??!-Department (speaking of long compounds). There are a lot of ugly building out there...
